The Basic Orientation Program of the Institute of Health Sciences at Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University for the 2021-2022 Academic Year was held online on Friday, September 17, 2021, between 14:00 and 17:30, with the participation of master's and doctoral students, as well as faculty members.

During the program:

• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zehra Safi, Director of the Institute of Health Sciences, gave a presentation on “An Introduction to the University and the Institute of Health Sciences, University Facilities, Access to Information, and the Active Use of Library and Institute Websites.”

• Asst. Prof.  Fürüzan Köktürk, Deputy Director of the Institute, presented on the “Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University Graduate Education and Examination Regulations” and the “Thesis Writing and Printing Guidelines of the Institute of Health Sciences.”

• Prof. Günnur Özbakış Dengiz, faculty member from the Department of Medical Pharmacology at the Faculty of Medicine, delivered a presentation on “Ethical Guidelines and Thesis Writing.”

The meeting concluded with the collection of feedback and suggestions from participants, along with best wishes for a productive and successful new academic year.
