Applications will be accepted online only between January 2–10, 2025 (until 5:00 PM), and each applicant may apply to only one program.

Interview Dates

Interviews for applicants to Thesis Master's and Ph.D. programs will be held on January 14–15, 2025. The interview method, along with the date and time information for each candidate, will be announced on our website at a later date.

For Citizens of the Republic of Turkey:

The tuition fee for newly enrolled students in the Non-Thesis Second Education Master’s Program for the Fall Semester of the 2024–2025 Academic Year is 7,500.00 TL.

For International Students (Foreign Nationals):

The tuition fee for international students who gain admission and complete registration for the Non-Thesis Second Education Master’s Program for the Fall Semester of the 2024–2025 Academic Year is 10,800.00 TL.

The tuition fee for international students who gain final admission to the Thesis Master's and Ph.D. Programs for the Fall Semester of the 2024–2025 Academic Year is 6,700.00 TL.

NOTE: While completing the online application, international applicants must use their passport number instead of the Turkish ID number, and their passport serial number instead of the national ID serial number.

In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Tuition Fees and Student Contributions for the Cost of Current Services at Higher Education Institutions for the 2024–2025 Academic Year, “The tuition fee and student contribution fee are non-refundable for students who register and then withdraw voluntarily.”
