FINAL REGISTRATION AND POST-REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR STUDENTS WHO HAVE BEEN ADMITTED TO OUR INSTITUTE

(THE RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT SYSTEM WILL BE ACTIVE AT 17:00)

1) Candidates who participated in the interview exams of our graduate programs can log in to the Institute Application System using the email and password they provided during their application to view their interview results.

Students who are entitled to final registration in the graduate programs must complete their registration online by following the steps in the Online Registration Guide between February 3-5, 2025.

Students who do not register within this period will lose their right to enroll.

Students who have completed their final registration must select their courses between February 3-7, 2025, after consulting their department/program, via the following address:

2) For Thesis Master's and Doctorate Program Candidates:

a) Candidates who are entitled to register for Thesis Master's and Doctorate programs must not be currently enrolled in any other Thesis Master's, Doctorate, TUS, DUS, EUS, or VUS program at another institution.
If you are currently enrolled in such a program, you must contact that university and withdraw before the final registration dates in order to be eligible to register at our Institute.

Enrollment in an associate degree, undergraduate, or non-thesis graduate program at another institution does not prevent final registration.

b) Newly registered students who are Turkish citizens will not pay a tuition fee.
However, if you are enrolled in an associate degree, undergraduate, or non-thesis graduate program at another institution, you are required to pay a semester tuition fee of 557.50 TL between February 3-7, 2025, in order to complete your final registration.

If you withdraw from your program at the other higher education institution during the registration period, please contact our Institute at +90 372 291 2482 or 2457.

To pay the tuition fee:

• First, find out your student number from the following link:
  https://obs.beun.edu.tr/oibs/ogrsis/no_query.aspx

• Then you can pay the tuition fee at Vakıfbank using your student number via online banking, ATMs, or at the bank branch.

To pay via ATM or Vakıfbank mobile app:

• Go to the Payments menu → Education Payments → University Payments, select the university, enter your student number, and the required fee will be displayed automatically.

To pay at a bank branch, you must present your student number. The required fee will be displayed automatically by the system.

Applicants who submit forged, falsified, incomplete, or incorrect documents during the application, placement, or registration process will have their registration canceled, even if it was initially completed, and their affiliation with the university will be terminated.
