REGISTRATION AND POST-REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR STUDENTS ADMITTED TO OUR INSTITUTE
(THE RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT SYSTEM WILL BE ACTIVE AT 14:00.)
1) Interview Results and Registration
Candidates who participated in the interview exams for our graduate programs can log into the Institute Application System using the email and password they used during the application to check their interview results.
Students who are entitled to final enrollment in graduate programs must complete their registration online between January 17-20, 2025, by following the steps in the Online Registration Guide.
Students who do not register within the specified dates will lose their rights.
Students who complete their final registration must complete their course enrollment process between February 3-7, 2025, via the link:
https://obs.beun.edu.tr/oibs/ogrenci/login.aspx after learning which courses they should take from their departments/programs.
2) For Candidates of Thesis Master's and Doctorate Programs:
a) In order to finalize registration, candidates who are entitled to enroll in thesis master’s and doctorate programs must not be currently enrolled in any other thesis master’s, doctorate, TUS, DUS, EUS, or VUS programs.
If you are enrolled in such a program, you must contact your current university and withdraw before the final registration dates in order to be eligible for registration at our Institute.
Being enrolled in an associate, undergraduate, or non-thesis graduate program at another institution does not prevent final registration.
b) Newly enrolled students who are citizens of the Republic of Turkey will not be required to pay any student contribution fee.
However, if you are currently enrolled in another associate, undergraduate, or non-thesis master’s program, you will need to pay a semester fee of 557.50 TL between February 3-7, 2025 to complete your registration.

3) For International (Foreign National) Students Entitled to Register:
International students who are entitled to enroll in thesis master's or doctorate programs must pay a semester tuition fee of 6,700.00 TL between January 17-20, 2025.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR FINAL REGISTRATION FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:

For Master's programs: Original Bachelor's diploma
For Doctorate programs: Original Master's diploma-
Plus certified Turkish or English translations approved by a notary or Turkish foreign missions

Original transcript and certified Turkish translation by notary or Turkish foreign missions

Original passport and certified Turkish or English translation of the ID pages by notary or Turkish foreign missions

Residence permit for educational purposes (to be obtained after registration)

6 recent passport-size photos (taken within the last six months)

Proof of tuition fee payment (must be paid to Vakıfbank using your student number)

Letter of Recommendation (in Turkish or English)

Statement of Purpose (Motivation Letter)

Financial affidavit showing the student has sufficient financial means to study in Türkiye (must be signed)
These documents must be submitted to the Institute Directorate by February 14, 2025.
Students who provide forged, falsified, incomplete, or incorrect documents during the application, placement, or registration process will have their registration canceled even if they have completed the process, and their affiliation with the university will be terminated.

If coming with visa exemption or for purposes other than education: A document showing parental/guardian information (birth certificate, family certificate, etc.) and a letter of consent signed by the parent/legal guardian
