As part of the project “Children with Leukemia and Their Families: An Awareness Project,” which is one of the 4th term projects of the University Student Clubs Cooperation and Support Program (ÜNİDES) and carried out by the Leukemic Children Support Club of the Faculty of Health Sciences — of which our Institute's Pediatric Health and Diseases Nursing Master's students are also members — a seminar was conducted by our Institute Director, Dr. Müge SEVAL, titled “New Hope – Learning to Breathe Through Leukemia.”

In the seminar, breathing exercises and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) application methods were presented to help prospective nurses working with children with leukemia to support and comfort both themselves, the children, and their families.
